Empowering Young Minds: The SnS Super 30 Girls Pathshala Initiative
Super 30 Pathshala project is in line with the Government's initiative Beti Bachao Beti Padhao which is a trans formative project dedicated to the foundational development of underprivileged children specially girls child in the age group of 7 to 8 years by providing them quality education and holistic grooming to empower these young minds, breaking the cycle of limited opportunities and fostering a brighter future.

Stolen Futures: The Link Between Early Marriage and Girls' Lost Schooling
Despite their innate talents, many children from underprivileged backgrounds face significant barriers that hinder their ability to complete their schooling. Issues such as illiterate parents, frequent migration for livelihood, inadequate school facilities, and entrenched gender inequality contribute to delayed school entry and missed opportunities during crucial formative years. These challenges often result in a weak educational foundation, making it difficult for these children to keep pace with advanced subjects in later years, ultimately leading to early school dropouts.

The Silent Dropout: Hindering Hidden Gems
To address these challenges, the SnS Super 30 Pathshala program was developed to provide targeted support to promising children from specific localities. The program is named Super 30 because each center starts with 30 promising children. These centers are equipped with modern teaching tools and provide a conducive learning environment, extended learning hours, and a curriculum that emphasizes holistic development.
Impact of the Initiative
Currently, the program is running two centers in different JJ colonies near Dwarka, where 60 promising children are benefiting from these initiatives. The SnS Super 30 Pathshala program is not just about academic success; it is about empowering children to discover their true potential. Through continuous monitoring and support, the program aims to reduce school dropout rates and help these young minds break the cycle of limited opportunities.
Achievement
This year, 17 Super 30 students cracked the Medhavi Scholarship exam conducted by the Delhi Government, which is a great testament to the success of the Super 30 initiative. This achievement showcases the program's effectiveness in providing quality education and empowering young minds to achieve their potential.

Our Speciality
Establishment of Super 30 Pathshala
Centers will be opened in various slum areas of Delhi/NCR, named SnS Super Striders Pathshala. Each center will admit a maximum 15 children in class 3rd, with a primary focus on girls for better care and management. The number of children admitted will depend on the availability of infrastructure.
Parental Counseling and Awareness Campaigns
Conduct frequent counseling and awareness campaigns among parents. Coordination with School Authorities:Ensure strong coordination with school authorities where the children are studying to work as a team for the holistic growth of the children.
Creating a Cordial Home Environment
Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions with parents, particularly mothers, to foster a cordial environment at home. Encourage mothers not to burden their daughters with household work, allowing them to focus on their studies.
Modern Teaching Tools and Qualified Teachers
Equip the center with modern teaching tools. Employ well-qualified teachers to provide quality education.
Extended Learning Hours
Students will spend three to four hours at the center every day after their regular school hours, receiving holistic education imbued with good values.
Preparation for Competitive Exams
Assess each student for hidden talents such as dance, music, singing, sports, etc. Additional preparation for various competitive exams.
Provision of Essentials
Provide books, stationery, and uniforms to all enrolled students.

Organize frequent educational tours.
Continuous Monitoring and Support
After graduating from the Super 30 Center, closely monitor and support all students until they complete their secondary school. Provide assistance for higher studies or skill development training based on their capabilities and feasibility.
