The Ambrahi Pathshala in Sector 19 is one of their active centers. • Women Empowerment (SHE): Teaching independent skills to mothers and organizing micro-commerce income generation projects (like Diwali Diya stalls). • Social Support: Going beyond financial aid to offer counseling for domestic violence, teaching women how to overcome these situations. • Fostering Aspiration: Interactions with students were deeply rewarding. We used visual prompts (like 'A House,' 'A Heart,' 'An Injection,' 'A Book') to understand their concepts of security, value, health, and education. This led to the key realization that many students felt a sense of inferiority compared to other students. Based on this, our team developed innovative solutions: 1. Attendance Passport: A gamified physical booklet using stickers for daily attendance to encourage regularity and create a "pride point". 2. Symbiotic Space Proposal: To solve the critical need for an indoor space during rain, we proposed a Value Exchange Model. Since many mentors are retired doctors, the NGO could sign an MoU with an RWA/Community Hall, offering free monthly health check-up camps in exchange for guaranteed access to the hall.
