Senior Internship Modules (Bird view)

Module 1. Volunteer Management

Help build and coordinate a reliable volunteer network for classes, campaigns, and community drives.

Module 2. Donor Management (Focus on Local Efforts)

Assist in building relationships with local donors, raising awareness, and supporting donation campaigns.

Module 3. Empathy & Relationship Management

Engage with students and families to build trust, resolve challenges, and promote consistent participation.

Module 4. CSR Pitch & FCRA Strategy

Research and support corporate pitch creation, funding proposals, and policy compliance for funding outreach.

Module 6. Campaign / Event Management

Plan, promote, and execute key events like health camps, donation drives, and student exhibitions.

Module 5. Social Media & Digital Outreach

Amplify our mission online, manage content calendars, and boost engagement across platforms

Module 7. Awareness Management

Create and deliver community awareness content on health, education, and hygiene through workshops and materials.

Module 8. Software Development (Limited Seats)

Build or support internal tech tools (websites, databases, forms) for operational efficiency and impact tracking.

Module 9. Teaching Special Skill (SNS Pathshala)

Share your talent—like music, dance, art, storytelling, yoga, or computers—with students to build their confidence and creativity.

Module 10. Creative Poster Design

Design impactful posters and visuals to support campaigns, awareness activities, and student learning.

Module 11. Research & Impact Reporting (For Long term : Min 3-months interns)

Document case studies, write reports, measure program success

Module 12. AI Tool Exploration & Implementation

Research and implement AI tools to improve efficiency in education, content creation, and reporting across SNS programs.

Inspite of opt above modules, this 2-week internship is designed especially for school students (Classes 9–12) to help you understand how a real NGO works and how you can create impact in society.

Through interactive sessions and real-world exposure, you will learn about the challenges faced by communities and how organizations work to solve them. You will not just study theory—you will connect with students, observe real situations, and take part in meaningful activities.

We maintain a strict ratio of 20-25 students per batch across our Centers to ensure quality interaction.
• Phase 1 (Orientation): Online briefing on the history and challenges of SNS FOUNDATION. Interns are matched with their assigned mentees.
• Phase 2 (Field Engagement): Guided by Experienced volunteers , interns explore "Career Opportunities in the Social Sector" while interacting deeply with their mentees to build comprehensive student profiles.
• Phase 3 (Leadership Workshop): A specialized workshop on "Problem Solving in the Social Sector" by our CEO.
• Phase 4 (Culmination): Interns present their findings via PPT, engage in a final interaction with the children, and are awarded their Internship Certificates.
